Douglas Ranch is on the Hassayampa River, about 25 miles northeast of downtown Buckeye, Arizona, and about 15 miles from Wickenburg. The land is 36 square miles and was recently annexed to the city of Buckeye. When development is completed it will be Arizona’s largest master-planned community and include 83,000 homes and 250,000 residents.
