Photographer demonstrating excellent technique. The camera is mounted on a tripod, and is given extra stability by hanging her camera bag from the crank handle to add weight. The man is holding his hat to prevent the sun from striking the polarizing filter. By July 1962 when this picture was taken, Kodachrome II was available, so the ASA could have been either 25 or 64. Kodachrome slides photographed using these techniques have outstanding sharpness.
