Chocolate advertising photography in color. This is a "tri-shot", the camera made three separate negatives, each filtered with red, green or blue. The result is three black & white glass plate negatives. Glass was used for color separation because it was the most dimensionally stable substrate available. The images were recombined digitally for this printing.
