African American Oregon Fraternal Association, commonly known as "Frat Hall", at 1412 N. Williams. May 26, 1940. This was demolished around March, 1958 to make room for the Memorial Coliseum. The Rose Garden Arena was built on the site. Photograph by James Wasson.
